New Year

New Year. New Goals.

Lots of good stuff happening this year. I can just feel it.

I started some good things in these first 3 days and made a personal vow through May1. I am super excited about that.

I know I started this little blog to track getting healthy and losing weight and all that. It has been a rough year or so and I am focusing on getting healthy from the inside out.
