So...It's been almost a year since I took down my little ole blog. I did for several reasons. There is a new year fast approaching and I have a lot of goals. I only am going to have a handful of fitness goals. I feel like fitness should be an everyday way of life, not just a New Years Resolution that lasts for a couple of months.
One of my goals is to blog once a day. :)
